Oh come on...

It's had strong resistance around 0.8c and 0.9c for a while now and if it didnt budge before the last announcement, its even more likely that it won't now. I see it hovering around this price until after the SPP. It's only going to take one international contract announcement to launch this thing.

People all out here waiting for the price to drop so they can accumulate more. All this says to me is that there's still interest in this company and the direction they are heading...
