A lot of the issues are around delivery time. I believe this is due to the nature of the business. That is, the shops do not hold inventory of all their items and only hold inventory for the most popular items. This means when someone orders something that isn't in inventory it takes longer than thought. This could be solved by adding more appropriate delivery times to the online platform for items that are not stored.
