If the ONLY value Airtasker adds is to get customer in touch with tradie, it is NOT adding a lot of value.... I might a well use yellow pages, or Hipages, or do a Google search for tradies and read their reviews.
They need to think about how to ADD EXTRA value somehow. Whether it is with a reputation system for customers and tradies, providing insurance, "Airtasker certified" tradies, job discounts, job insurance, or something else...
I don't know, ART needs to do something that would make me to THROUGH Airtasker, instead of AROUND Airtasker
