With around 17M shares going in one hit I see that as a dump. I guess someone doesn't want to wait any longer for $.002 to be the norm.

I've been waiting a few years now so I can afford a few more months.

If the PNG order had gone ahead how would they have been able to fill it? When they are passing out shares at $.0008 how can they expect a capital raising from shareholders to be taken up without an extra incentive...more options at $.001?
