Simply not possible afaict.
Construction of such a project will take circa 2 years.
At least.
Commissioning etc circa another 6 months.
Afaict, producing at say 10ktpa “by end of 2025” would require construction to begin mid 2023.
They will not even have their ESIA report completed by then, let alone have govt approvals actually issued, let alone funding sorted, let alone detailed plant design completed, etc etc.
Typical timeframe for approval is 12 months plus, afaik.
2025; simply not possible.
