I have a strong feeling that this company is flying under the radar atm.

$35million of which it holds $16million as cash.

The company has already moved into production producing 892oz, however is now stock piling ore for they have just purchased a processing facility called LakeWood which is mean to commence production late this month. Ore mined and stockpiled at 29 February 2008 amounted to 7,480 tonnes @ 16.9 g/t for 4,068 gold oz.

The company currently hase a resource base of 830,000oz (322,000 indicated and 508,000 inferred), but are expecting this to announce increased late this month, and are very confident claiming that 90% of ore stockpiled so far was taken from outside the resource base. In a article that i read in the Feb edition of ResouceStock the company claimed that they are targeting 2,000,000oz.

By July 08 the company claim that they want to ramp production up to a rate of 35,000-40,000oz per annum and at that rate expect operating costs of $450-490/oz

Yesterday the company released drilling results that included grades of 4.0meters at 185g/t.

The company also states that they have a target of 150,000oz per annum after year three, just at Mt Monger, and 300,000oz per annum after year five across their whole portfolio. By year 10 (all though a long way of) 500,000oz/annum.
