Correction: The LOI is BEING finalised pending due diligence. Not will be. I understand that many of us here are shareholders, but surely if anything, unless it is announced, continues to carry a small risk. Even if the LOI is done and dusted, with the way that the SP has been moving, there is just no guarantee on how it will move!
Again I say, believe in your own research and your instincts, but it pays to be cautiously optimistic.
