Where does it say anything about a production announcement. All I could find is the following announcement:
26 June 2009
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PRODUCTION CONTRACT
Pharmanet Group Limited (ASX: PNO) (the Company) advised that Thermalife International Pharmaceutical Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, has finalised a production arrangement with Melbourne based Quantum Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd (Quantum), a TGA compliant facility, for the production and supply of the ThermaLIFE® product.
Under the Agreement, Quantum will supply raw material, production facilities, packaging, quality control, warehousing and dispatch in readiness for distribution and sale of the product throughout Australia. This arrangement allows production to occur close to key distribution points, alleviating additional handling costs. The agreement is considered standard for agreements of this nature.
ThermaLIFE® is a fast acting topical product approved by the TGA for the treatment of muscular and arthritic pain. ThermaLIFE® is based on a proprietary and patented peptide mix which provides rapid and effective relief.
The Company is confident that ThermaLIFE’s natural, fast acting, safe and effective properties will have immediate market appeal as an alternative to non-steroidal anti- inflammatory products.
The Company plans to re-establish ThermaLIFE® as an over-the-counter product in Australia before seeking additional and expanded markets internationally.
The Company is currently negotiating distribution arrangements for the product.
