"During the year, a contract was signed with a GMP manufacturer licensed by the TGA for producing registered
therapeutics for the manufacture of the Thermalife™ Cream in their Melbourne premises. Pre production trials are
complete with full scale production of Thermalife™ Cream scheduled to begin in November 2009. Re-introduction
of Thermalife™ Cream to the Australian market will take place once process validation and quality testing of the
Thermalife™ Cream produced is successfully completed to TGA standards."

"The re-introduction of the Thermalife™ Cream to the Australian market is the primary focus of the Company. To
this end, marketing and distribution arrangements are currently being reviewed to ensure a successful product launch.
The development of Savantac™ and RED™ are awaiting the finalisation of the Thermalife™ Cream production.
Savantac™ is a line-extension of Thermalife™ Cream, and is aimed at the acute musculo-skeletal inflammatory
market. The product line RED™ is designed for treatment of acute sun burn."
