Very poor announcement, a disaster. Now talking about cutting overheads , I should have thought the overhead axe would have been weilded a long time ago so why mention it now.
Looks as if there is the risk of losses and not enough positive cash flow .Too dangerous a share to even consider holding at this high price,yes high , if it is in such a state. Without drastic decisions I do not know any sensible solution for it.
I think time is running out , possibly a Rights issue at say 2 cents after a Major management change may save the company from the boneyard, the grim reaper does not seem far away at present and the management have not endeared themselves to ordinary shareholders, by waiting long times between updating shareholders of the Bad news.
I would not consider accumulating this share until major paramaters have changed for the better.
