i might also add that the difference between where the plant is currently operating and where it was once operating at a production level of 120kozpa is now in the order of $25M. Now quite clearly, since it's the same plant, in fact since it's been upgraded, then the only reason for the difference is the way it's being operated, which is why i wonder how anyone could claim that the staffing difficulties have been resolved.
