But not biting the executives/architects that brought it to this sorry state....principally Nick and Eric .... of course and helped mightily by the directors who were supposed to protect the SH interest .... all left or are leaving after getting full pay ... and Nick got extra bucks just because he abandoned the CEO post before the crap hit the fan about LAMP (he had his cake and ate it too ... such benevolence by Lynas ...what ever happened to the "claw back" provision .. must not apply to Lynas' upper management )
Too bad the large SHs in Oz do not deem the pathetic job "performance" of these folks as warranting anything less than a full blown investigation and lawsuit
