but the analogy, is in reference of spending the few bucks on getting the production flowing, and then the de-risk, helps the sale, also increase IRR.
The further we go, and improve the IRR, the better the sale.
This is a game of pure patience, and for some, and not for others.
IMO, i think the sp has been pushed lower for the big boys capitol issue.
