I thought it was premature of Gene Wusaty to leave coalspur until all the permits were approved and construction began. Gene got many people to invest $1 plus into a project he convinced was solid. I was always suspicious why he jumped ship to another coal start-up (Altitude Resources), before the permits were in place and construction began.
I wonder if he saw the road block of permits coming and got out while he could so he would be remembered as someone who took coalspur from nothing in 2009 to something quite substantial in 2012. Only now to have it all turn to ash, if that is the case it will be his greatest failure.
