Looks fairly realistic to me. I can't see a motor arriving any earlier. The price of gold may be the most important factor for the SP in the new year.
Some one might be able to put a time on intallation and testing of the new motor and whether that involves a significant shut down period.
I expect an announcement before Xmas to clarify this issue.
