Making real money in a bear market has to be a good thing.
For EXR, Pompano means a cashflow of around $350K per month. Nothing earth shattering. But in another 4 weeks we could have another $350K per month. With 5 wells completed by the end of this year production should be 20-35mmcf per month.
Then add High Island to the mix and decent money is coming in.
The massive rise in oil price has meant the leases in the North Sea are now worth a lot more. They will farm out Leopard easily in the next few months.
