However, as a former project manager in the IT industry i would like to know that you have organized for a risk management review on operational matters.
There is one criteria for such a review, nothing is left out after asking the question,... what might go wrong?
What matters most is what is done about the answers,....
control what can be controlled,
mitigate what can be mitigated,
monitor all else.
It does appear to me that there has been a focus on pushing ahead.
You need to make sure that pushing ahead is at reduced risk.
I am not that concerned about the volume of output, only that it is increasing, and so is the resource.
