Agree treefeed. I think another potential flaw is if they can sell it. I think stage 1 can produce 10-15% of world demand and stage 2 25%. Stage 1 is only 3m kg pa so not huge numbers, they are going big into a small market.
Many articles talk about tungsten shortage but I think prices have peaked for the moment. The Vietnamese currency is another thing to look at (if you haven't already it's not great).
If mgmt can deal a 100% offtake and secure supply within the next few months regardless of the market I think this should re-rate, maybe.

Thienke tungsten mine in Tuyenquang province vietnam and its reserves is 50,000 Mts and annual output is 1500mt and Philieng tungsten mine in Lamdong province vietnam and its reserves is 40,000 Mts and annual output is 1200mts.
