Tetlom, i agree with your comments re difficulties in Vietnam and other asian countries. However, the key entity in question is a JV entity, with the minorities either with the connections required (political and/or military) or have the ability to look after the various people via their JV interest. Therefore, HAZ should be able to operate reasonable cleanly. Anyway, my summary of the situation is that as soon as the comissioning commences and/or off take agreements are finalised, which will be in the very near future, the stock will be re-rated. It is a very good buy down at these levels, most of the hard work in gaining approvals etc and the construction of the Vietnam based plant has been completed, so HAZ is ready to head north...Anyway, do your own DD.
