"A total of 570 tonnes of smuggled ferro-alloys cargoes were found in a railway warehouse in Guangxi, out of which there were around 20-40 tonnes of ferro-tungsten," said Huang Mingxing, chairman of Vietnam Youngsun Tungsten Industry Co.
