Guys
I meant to post earlier in the day, but had to whip out. I thought that the some flow lines to individual wells were in place but the gathering lines and compressor weren't due to be in place until Dec.
From the Investor Presentation recently page 10:
• Flax 1 – 4 in place
• Drill Flax 5 and 6 starting Dec. 2007 with fracture stimulation operations scheduled for Feb. 2008
• Oil gathering lines and gas compressor operational by Dec. 2007
• Test oil production has commenced
• Targeting 1000 bopd from the initial pattern by mid 2008
An in the Qtly Activity Report:
"The wells are still cleaning up and will be production tested in November when the temporary flowlines between the wells are approved by the regulatory authorities. The compressor unit is planned to be commissioned in December. Thereafter, recycled gas injection into the oil reservoir units to provide reservoir drive via the Flax 1 well will commence."
Also, I intially INP had originally said back in early Oct the installation of temporary flowlines connecting the four wells is expected to be finished for production to begin by the middle of October.
I thought that was in part the reason for the cap raising, to pay for the compressor etc?
