I look forward to you posing this question at the AGM - no excuses, you can attend in person, online or frame a very specific question and send it through. The answer will be in the transcript. If the company refuse to address your question, then that may in itself provide an answer for you.
The fact that you keep going back to this line of speculation suggests that what you are doing currently in seeking an answer (if you are in fact actually trying to get an answer) is not working. Perhaps try the obvious approach - ask a question in a public forum, the AGM.
No excuses.
