The low for the day so far (28.80) has formed a higher double bottom with last Thursday (28.79).
If the trend is up then that will hold and the SP will bounce off it like what happened on the S&P 500 after its higher double bottom of 22 and 29 December.
If it doesn't hold then that's further support for the scenario that the intermediate term high is in and now lower highs are the best that can be expected.
