the Debt Re-Profile says: "Discovery Metals Limited is pleased to announce that it has satisfied the Condition. Discovery and its lenders have executed definitive long form documents (collectively referred to as the Amended and Restated Facility Agreement and Ancilliary Documents) for the Debt Re-Profile consistent with the terms of the Term Sheet."
it clearly says "it has satisfied the Condition", if DML doesn't have the good production result, lender won't be so stupid to agree on the Debt Re-Profile.
Lender knows more about the production situation than we do. i would believe the production result will show the path of how to back to glory.
SP is manipulated by smart money who wants to get more cheaper shares.
