not sure I'd agree there.
I've always found arw to be very prudent with their PR approach. Tend to agree with their view that the less noise they make in a new industry full of hopefuls the better. the real key is how many prime sites can they tie up close to facilities as quickly as possible. Bear in mind in EU and the US when biofuels took off there were 3 prospective players for every actual one who became a producer.
Besides my reading was that production was all set for some news end this week. Bearing in mind other key outcomes like off take agreements etc almost as important as commercial ramp up.
