Hi oilman informative post but could you explain to me how these operations are carried out in terms of what direction is given by management vs what you would expect the operator to be able to carry out as part of the usual activities in the preparation of a well? I would thought there is a limit to how how much you could blame the management unless of course they appointed an incompetent operator.
