Has anyone considered the most logical farmin partner if the well is successful is Beach Petroleum.They are in a position to withhold results while they negotiate plus they are of course cashed up.
I do not believe BPT can quarantine the results for the 40 days or so required before EPR officially defaults on payment of their share of the drill although this would be the most opportunistic outcome for BPT.
If its a dud we will probably hear on Monday and if not BPT will have to update in their weekly drilling report on Wednesday at the latest.
For all we know a deal could have been made with BPT before the drilling commenced.
As I said in an earlier post if its a dud EPR will need CPR.
