Hi bob as ya said it should be a stocked item.
The oil and gas industries has been serviced out of Darwin for many years now and all the big names are set up. So i eni don't have it themselves they would be able to source it through one of the many others in Darwin.

Rigs will have two rigtenders that service them, one is always on standby with the rig at all times while the other will be the supply tender. Darwin wharf services these vessels 24/7 so the only thing that stops work will be a cyclone and we don't have to worry about that.
