Guess I too hold way more NEN than prudent.
One comment that I consider relative is that the "cost of capacity" for ENI and the partners has not been highlighted.
ENI, as the others, would have massive overheads that may not be factored in to the direct costs. Then there is the lost opportunity cost through priority of focus on 105/120 that disqualifies success in an alternative project.
The financial commitment and capacity priority spell out some serious planning that I expect will have a well-defined commercialisation plan.
