assuming 100 BOPD from each well, and 3 weels, thats revenue of over $9 million...multiply by 40% thats around $3.6 million revenue per annum for ERH.

How much is profit? No idea...but there s definitely a profit.

They might go more wells..the report states a well costs around $1million...it all depends on the complex numbers, ie which scenario gives the most efficient outcome.

Either way, for such a small company...a producing asset with a high oil price is fantastic.

But we still need to prove that production is feasible...so my fingernails aren't growing back just yet.
