I am pretty sure our BOD are well aware given the asset they have that a takeover offer can be produced to them at any time. In light of this I would hope that they have taken the possibility of this happening to the boardroom and have a plan on dealing with it. Having said that, I know from speaking to management that their goal is to take the project to production. I'm also aware that the MNS share register is tighter than it actually looks, with around 40% held by the management group of shareholders.
