    Yes, I wasn't that comfortable with finance being provided by the offtake partner.

    There are two ways to look at it.

    1. The offtake partner is desperate to buy our product and therefore is willing to stump up the cash to get a mine up and running in quick time. Easy for MNS to get project funding on what they call commercial terms rather than spend ages trying to get finance on maybe less favourable terms.

    2. The offtake partner has control of our debt and our offtake, which they could use to screw us and take control of our mine.

    Having seen what can happen with up and coming miners in the past, I don't take anything for granted. There is always the risk that someone will screw you.
