I am confident Tigers existing leases are secure, and will be official in short order methinks.
I know that applications have been submitted for other new leases - these would be in the questionable basket as they have not been officially granted so technically no legal or moral committment for them to be granted. This though has no bearing on Kipoi and quite frankly on the sp. Everyone is trying to take up new leases at the moment. Some will be granted. Some will not. just a case of grab as much as you can while you can.
