Why would they downgrade these targets?
I would assume that their price targets are based on ROC's proven oil reserves, and a reasonable assumption of what sort of profit can be made from that oil.
Market sentiment should not come into it if you are considering long term targets.
It should also be realised that these targets do not, and cannot take into account future drilling results.
I'm still rating ROC as a buy even if I am a bit P***ed Off because I paid $3+ for most of my shares
production up yet price gets smashed, page-7
