Yeah it seems ASIC are a toothless tiger it is possible though now that the government will push for them to become over zealous? ASIC aside some of the actions at Cudeco are just downright criminal and should be left to the boys in blue.

Last time I checked Fraud, Money Laundering and Corruption were all against the law in Australia, even in Queensland!! Even when we get audited here we know what they want to see and have it all nicely prepared for them. Be good for someone to think outside the square?

Just be good for all the honest folks to have the whole filthy mess cleaned up.
