    Its important in these times to focus on what has been done, what is being done and what will be done.

    Bots and manipulation cannot hide the RESULTS to date.

    I still havent traded any shares since my accumulation started in late 2009.
    ..and frankly if I could double my holding right now I would.
    Thats not a buy rec. Thats my personal opinion.

    Right now PLV epitomises the old buy adage of 'straw hats in Winter'
