i cannot understand how a company director can sell his big holding in the company without it being disclosed to the shareholders by announcement
that is why i am finding it hard to understand your comments.
on what basis have you heard that Clive Hartz is selling his stock
i dont know what has happened in the past with IGC resources, however that should have no bearing in Clive Hartz holdings in IEC
i have not seen any announcements to the market on any large shareholding being sold by Mr Clive Hartz, so if you can throw more light on the subject by disclosing on whether your information is correct, i would like you to post this on Hot Copper
i believe most of the directors are in Africa this week to open the mine and i would imagine Clive Hartz would be one of them
i dont see the sense of him being there if he is selling his stock
it just dosent make sense, however i am sure you will have the answers to this forum to explain further
