I am going to put a new spin on likely Dec Qtr production. Historically, CVN has made announcement after announcement during the "good old days" when successful additions to production have been made. Having bought some CVN shares a few days ago (which I have just offloaded and I now retain a small old holding of <100,000 shares) I have reflected on "what would CVN management do if they hit as little as an extra 200 bopd production?" My honest reflection on this is that they would be spreading the good news fast at a time where the company has few friends. Instead the next news flow will probably be another corporate presentation. Call me a cynic but time will tell soon enough what will transpire.No news for CVN is never good news.
