Remember the 4 month lead time. Again, possibly a prudent measure just to order the item given the cost is easily covered with existing cash.

Honestly I've been hearing this purchase of new equipment for almost two years. Till today, no official confirmation on the second wrapper or any second hand wrappers so It's safe to assume we're still on one.
