    Why would the market scream placement they got cash in the bank they only need cash when they need to pay for massive production line runs.

    Keep in mind fosters is top 20 shareholder in IOT group I think they will be calling the shots when it comes to finance, also I think iot group will keep pumping news IMO as it's free marketing here on hotcopper we have been top talked about stock for a week now.
