There could be an element of PNG if it relates to a successful Repsol disposal of their assets. It's known that HZN would like to reduce their stake by c. 7% at the same time to "right size" which could provide between $60m and $160m depending on the $/mcf obtained. Mid point would clear our net debt....imagine that.
