IMO:
Well the MARKET today didn't like the so called NEWS you are up-ramping about.
This is because CLZ are in a SERIOUS debt spiral, likely heading towards $30M PLUS in DEBT next year, and it won't get better heading towards a likely broken promise of early production given their past HISTORY of failed promises.
What the MARKET going to do in the meantime?
It's GOING DOWN!
