William %R indicator shows the highest since 28/04/2006 (when price was around 14c)!!
it means 1 thing: Accumulations are in place higher than any day or time since 28/04/2006. If connect the dots, we can also say that the recent market sentiment changed "nothing" of the instos/traders views of EXT.
Pack more of EXT if you can as the domino effect had just started :)
