One point though,LNC has 500M shares approx (actually 502,119,400 as at 31 Dec 2010) so your valuations would be $14.60 and $20.00 respectively.
However, if PB can achieve the 10,00bpd of oil that he is targetting in the US by Dec this year, I believe the market will respond to this proof of earnings (and profitability) with a S/P of around $10 at that time. That is well before the 2013 year when you suggest they will hit $10.
