    Surely it depends on the measure used in and productivity claim eg physical,monetary or index.If talking monetary in in thousands of dollars of output per hour worked the resource sector would have to show gains.Two quotes i find amusing "ALP has achieved a productivity gain"in what? second "gillard claims nbn and carbon tax will drive productivity"like we can afford both.For me reality is in todays business spectator "readying for an IR showdown".ps cw i read and value yr posts its just my non economic observation.
