I made my comment based on more than a decade of personal experience publishing in Q1 journals, including NPG. So yes, I do know what constitutes a quality journal and a reputable publisher. Didn't know sharing my academic experience would be a muppet move, but that's ok.
I am not questioning the potential of this technology, nor the eminence of Prof Fong. I had been a holder of IMU since 2015 until recently and am certainly excited to see how their trials fare. Good luck to all holders.
