Cosmic ray theory is in its infancy, is far from proven, and has many critics. Plimer's 0.1% claim flies in the face of carbon isotope research. And his claim that CO2 warming (note that Plimer acknowledges that CO2 causes warming zzedzz) conflicts with much scientific observation and calculation.
