Also the PLACEBO comment ..“All patients in other DMD trials on placebo decline at natural history”
Natural history decline is 8% functional loss per year..
Also massive was near end when Dr Voit was talking about being 1 of the 4 patent holders for micro dystrophin (Sarepta gene therapy) that for AT LEAST the next 10 yrs there will be combination treatment. Nothing cures the disease.. instead of boys dying at 28 to 30, they will live to 45 or 50..
