Just as an incidental i play poker. There was a poker player who won a major tournament for Millions of Pounds but didnt have to pay tax as it was a hobby and not his profession.
I dont know if the ruling has changed as he obviously found a loop hole.
That was about 3 years ago.
So one could argue that if you say its a hobby despite making money week in and out you may be ok.
Very grey area anyway.
