In my opinion, expect the selling, capitalize on it while the price is low, and wait for their shares to run out and the price to rise. Barring the market completely blowing up, I would suggest this will be a reasonably easy way to make a quick double in the next 6 months. Prices are only set by supply and demand, and right now there is a large supply, wait until that supply dries up and the price will rise.

PAC didn't really underwrite 70m shares - they just coordinated the subunderwriters. I doubt PAC actually ended up with any. I know one sub underwriter has bought another few million since the issue but that would cover the Canadians and some.
